About Me
I am a Certified Autism, Neurodiversity & Learning Disabilities Champion Coach, Mentor and Licensed Trainer, with IPSEA SEND Law training (Levels 1–3). I offer 1:1 mentoring for parents, carers, and professionals navigating the complexities of SEND.
With over 15 years’ experience in education, I have worked as a Teacher, Lecturer, and CTL, and hold both a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and an Executive MBA bringing together a deep understanding of child development with strong leadership and strategic skills.
I am passionate about advocating for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Beyond teaching, I have facilitated parenting programmes such as Incredible Years, Triple P, Sleep Clinic and Healthy Eating, and have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse children and children with Learning Disabilities and their families.
Before founding my consultancy, I spent five years in corporate leadership as Head of Operations and Marketing, managing PR, communications and events for global start-ups. These skills now strengthen my work with families and professionals.
As a parent of two neurodiverse children, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating the education system and securing person-centred support, and I am dedicated to empowering families to ensure every child’s needs are met.
